How we built it

Our client had a contract that started on a fixed Monday, with or without a building. We split the hall into three zones, so steel went up in one while the floor was poured in the next and the cladding closed the third.

The floor is one of the flattest we have laid: 18,500 square metres of fibre reinforced slab, laser screeded in eleven pours, ready for racking eleven metres high.
