About / since 1998
Builders since 1998
Sitework started with one van, one mixer and a contract for six garages. Twenty-eight years later we still pour our own concrete.
Our story
Halvard Teague founded the company after fifteen years as a site foreman. His rule was simple: the people who price a job should be the people who build it. We still work that way. Our estimators visit every site before they write a number, and the site manager who starts a job finishes it.
Today we are 180 people on our own payroll, with carpenters, steel fixers, plant operators and engineers. We take on about fifteen projects a year, so every client gets a director on the phone and a crew that is not spread thin.
